I’m looking
for customers.
You have something valuable to offer. We find businesses with a relevant need, qualify the fit, and connect you with the right people.
We connect businesses with the customers, suppliers, and specialists they need. We qualify both sides, make the introduction, and leave you with a relationship — not a list.

A supplier, service provider, or specialist. We understand what you need and bring you a qualified shortlist, with the context to choose.
Both sides are looking for each other and not finding it. The business with the solution doesn’t know who needs it right now. The business with the need can’t tell which of thirty options is the right fit.
Both are guessing — and guessing wrong costs more than solving it.
That’s where we come inA clear requirement. A capable partner.
A reason for both sides to say yes.

Four deliberate steps.
No introduction without a reason.
Who needs what, where, right now. We get specific about requirements, capability, timing, and the people making the decision.
We speak to both sides before anyone is introduced. Interest is not enough; the requirements and the capability have to align.
Requirements, confirmed fit, and what the first conversation should cover. You know why this person is worth your time.
A considered introduction with context for both sides. You make the decisions. The relationship is yours.
Not a name in a spreadsheet.
A clear reason to speak.
A service-business example of the same approach we apply to products, suppliers, and specialist expertise. Illustrative only; this is not a completed client engagement or a claimed result.
A professional-services company opening a second office and looking for a partner to manage its IT support and onboarding.
Relevant experience, coverage in both locations, a suitable service model, and capacity to take on the transition.
Only after both sides confirm the fit: an introduction with the agreed requirement, relevant experience, commercial questions, and next decision clearly set out.
“I spent a decade on the buying side. I know what choosing the wrong supplier costs — and what it’s worth to have the right one brought to you.”
Astraflow is built around that perspective: understand the requirement, ask the questions that matter, and make an introduction only when there’s a clear reason for it.
Good connections start with understanding. We agree the fit, scope, and fee
before you commit.
A focused 60–90 day mandate, priced to your deal size and the scope of the search.
A one-off search fee, scoped to your requirements. A considered shortlist of suppliers, service providers, or specialists.
If we bring you someone who clearly doesn’t fit the agreed criteria, we replace them.
These are mandate targets, not guaranteed volumes or revenue. Your proposal confirms qualification criteria, deliverables, fees, replacement terms, and any samples, demonstrations, or specialist checks before you commit. Outcomes depend on market availability, mutual fit, and both parties’ decisions. No guaranteed orders, revenue, or commercial outcome.
Access to someone you need and can’t easily find yourself. Not activity, not a list, not a calendar slot. The fee covers understanding your brief, finding and qualifying the other side, and making an introduction with useful context.
Sometimes. Each side pays for a different service — one for finding a suitable partner, one for originating a qualified customer opportunity. Both are told, always. Nothing hidden. Any dual-sided fee arrangement is disclosed before you commit.
We agree the criteria with you first. Typically that includes requirements, relevant capability, quantity or deal size, geography, timing, and genuine interest in a conversation. We speak directly to both sides and document the fit in your brief.
No. Astraflow connects businesses across products, services, and specialist expertise. We assess each brief on its merits: the need, commercial value, market, and our ability to qualify the right people. We do not claim expertise in every sector or accept every mandate. If we cannot add value, we say so.
The relationship is yours. You evaluate the fit, complete any due diligence, agree commercial terms, and choose whether to work together. Astraflow facilitates the connection; we do not supply the product or service ourselves or guarantee another party’s performance.
No revenue, order, or commercial outcome is guaranteed. The proposed quantities are targets, with scope and terms agreed in writing. Our fit commitment is specific: an introduction that clearly misses the agreed criteria is replaced under the mandate’s terms.
Tell us what you offer. Or what you need.
We’ll start with whether we can genuinely help.
