Website information

The website provides general information about Astraflow’s B2B introduction and partner-search services. We aim to keep it accurate, but website content is not professional, legal, financial, or sector-specific advice.

Enquiries are not binding

Sending a brief, receiving a response, or booking an introductory call does not create a mandate, partnership, agency relationship, or payment obligation. A mandate starts only when both parties accept a separate written proposal or agreement.

Mandate terms

Each proposal defines the parties, qualification criteria, scope, deliverables, fees, timing, replacement terms, confidentiality, and any sector-specific checks. If a proposal conflicts with these website terms, the accepted proposal controls the mandate.

No guaranteed commercial outcome

Astraflow qualifies and facilitates introductions. Proposed quantities are targets, not guarantees. We do not guarantee orders, revenue, contracts, supplier performance, or any other commercial outcome. Decisions and agreements between introduced parties remain their own.

Due diligence and third parties

Each party is responsible for its own commercial, financial, technical, legal, and regulatory due diligence before entering an agreement. Astraflow does not supply the introduced party’s product or service and is not responsible for that party’s acts, omissions, or performance.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with its operation, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Intellectual property

The Astraflow name, brand assets, website design, copy, and original materials are owned by Astraflow or used with permission. You may view the website for ordinary business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its materials without written permission.

Availability and liability

We may update or temporarily suspend the website. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Astraflow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability connected to an accepted mandate is governed by its written agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled by the competent Swedish courts, subject to any mandatory law or different dispute terms in an accepted mandate.
