This policy explains how Astraflow handles personal information when you visit astraflow.ai, submit an enquiry, book an introductory call, or work with us.
Who is responsible for your information?
Astraflow is operated by Robin Cervin in Sweden. Robin Cervin is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Contact: support@astraflow.ai.
Information we collect
- Contact and business details such as your name, work email, company, website, market, industry, and the information in your brief.
- Correspondence and information needed to assess, prepare, or deliver an agreed mandate.
- Limited technical and security information, such as request logs, needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
- To review and respond to your enquiry and take steps you request before entering into an agreement.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and enquiry process based on our legitimate interests in running a safe B2B service.
- To perform an agreed mandate and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or use enquiry details to add you to a newsletter without separate permission.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers to run the website and manage enquiries. They currently include ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and security, Airtable for enquiry records, and Google Calendar if you choose to book a call. Providers may process information outside the EEA. Where required, transfers are protected through an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not become an active business relationship are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Records connected to an active mandate are retained while needed to deliver the service and afterwards for applicable legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution periods. Security logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
Cookies
Astraflow does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. The hosting and security services may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver and protect the site. If non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated first.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact support@astraflow.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with Sweden’s data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version and revision date will always appear on this page.
